Technical Services Pricing Guidelines

1. Overview

NERSAPP Technology has established the following pricing guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness in the fees charged by Technical Partners for Technical Services provided to NERSAPP Technology's clients. These guidelines are intended to balance affordability for clients with fair compensation for partners.

2. Pricing Structure

The pricing for Technical Services is based on a standardized structure that considers the scope and complexity of the services provided. The following categories and rates apply:

2.1. Setup and Configuration Services

Basic Setup and Configuration: Includes initial installation, setup, and basic configuration of NERSAPP for the client.

  • Rate: Up to ₦25,000 (or equivalent in your country) (up to 30 minutes)

Advanced Setup and Configuration: Includes initial installation, setup, configuration, and customization of NERSAPP to meet specific client needs.

  • Rate: Up to ₦100,000 (or equivalent in your country) (up to 6 hours)
2.2. Training Services

Individual Training: Individual training sessions for any personnel in the school.

  • Rate: Up to ₦25,000 (or equivalent in your country) per person (up to 4 hours)

Group Training: Group training sessions for individuals within a specific group, such as educators, students, or parents.

  • Rate: Up to ₦300,000 (or equivalent in your country) (up to 2 hours)
2.3. Information Management Services

Management services involve overseeing the software portal on behalf of the client, including tasks such as uploading student scores and generating report cards. Affiliates should use a per-student pricing model for these services. Charges can be collected as a lump sum or itemized per student.

Per Student Pricing: Up to ₦2,000 (or equivalent in your country) per student per school term

3. Pricing Adjustments

Any rates outside this standard pricing must receive prior written approval from NERSAPP Technology.

4. Billing and Payment
  • Technical Partner shall provide detailed invoices to clients for all Technical Services rendered.
  • Invoices must include a breakdown of services provided, hours worked (if applicable), and the corresponding rates.
  • Payment terms should be clearly stated on the invoice and must comply with NERSAPP Technology's standard payment policies.
  • Technical Partner are obligated to furnish NERSAPP Technology with invoices and receipts upon request.
5. Review and Revisions

NERSAPP Technology reserves the right to review and revise these pricing guidelines periodically. Affiliates will be notified of any changes at least thirty days (30) days prior to the effective date of the revised guidelines.

Conclusion

These pricing guidelines are established to ensure that all clients receive high-quality technical services at fair and consistent rates, while Affiliates are fairly compensated for their expertise and effort. Affiliates are expected to adhere strictly to these guidelines in their billing practices.
